WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All in-stock orders typically ship within 1 -7 business days of your order (Fulfillment with our third-party suppliers has been backed up so wait times may be longer than usual). You will receive an email once your item(s) have shipped along with tracking info. If you ordered multiple items, it is possible they are from different suppliers and won't ship together, you will receive multiple tracking numbers if that is the case. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive the packages as well. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED?

Please contact us as soon as possible with the changes or correction to your order so that we may fix the situation before it ships. However, if the product(s) have shipped, there is likely nothing we can do. You can try to get in touch with the shipping provider if you'd like to change the shipping address but any order changes will need to be re-ordered and a return will need to be made for the already shipped items.

WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

Delivery times can be anywhere from 1 - 20 business days from the date of shipment. It's possible the product will be traveling internationally and will need to come through customs. Tracking numbers are sent with every shipment so feel free to track your order(s) with those and contact the shipping provider with concerns. We appreciate your patience.

If your package is lost or stolen in transit, then you may reach out to us with receipt from the shipping provider showing the package failed to deliver and we will work on a solution.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we currently do not ship anywhere outside of the United States.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible with details about the defects along with images of the product(s) in question and we will work on issuing a refund.
